I wrote it in today's post and you might be interested. I've done the complete circuit of drills twice now and can see the validity of its use in both pre and re-hab. Given my history of shoulder and elbow issues, this DVD is a great investment.<BR/><BR/>Oh, on a whim I today did 16kg snatches and they felt really easy on my elbows. I think its due to all the swinging I've been doing ... I really focused on a strong hip snap for each rep.
