Switching up my weekly lifting routine a bit, today is my first Friday were I squat. On Monday's I'll be Front Squatting and Friday's will be regular Squats. Pushups: 10/10; 10/10; 10/10; 10/10 (these were done with one hand raised off to the side - so did 10 reps on the right hand then switched for 10 reps on the left hand - essentially working up to one-arm pushups)
DB Front Raises: 10/10; 10/10; 10/10; 10/10 (the next few exercises is a variation of 21's, these are 30's, used 10 lb dumbells throughout)
DB Laterals: 10/10; 10/10; 10/10; 10/10
DB Rear Laterals: 10/10; 10/10; 10/10; 10/10
Pullups 5; 5
35 min, 487 calories, 85% max hr on average, 167 pounds
