Gym Session

A quick session today in the "gym".

Pullups
Dips
Pistols
Ab Wheel Rollouts

A few sets of each. Pullups and Dips were body weight. Pistols holding a 10lb plate. Ab Wheels don't need any additional resistance.

I'm still easing into these workouts since it's been a loooooooong time since I've done any of this type of work.

You're a stud if you can do pistols. Even after reading Pistols for big guys and articles like that, they still kick my butt!

I didn't know there was a "Pistols for Big Guys" article out there. Where does one find it?

Just wait, before the end of the month the Kettlebells NY "official" promo video will be released...
