Steady Progress

Limited training this week, but still progressing forward.

Wednesday
Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 6 minutes
Jump Rope: 5 rounds of 2 min on / 1 min off
Snatch: 20kg - 6 minutes

Friday
Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 8 minutes
Snatch: 20kg - 6 minutes

Well alright! Looking forward to next week's training already!
