Friday Yay!

I was tired today. I was a bit sore today. But I got my butt moving nonetheless. Once I got going, things went rather well...

Jump Rope: 4 min on / 2 min off / 2 min on / 2 min off / 4 min on

Bodyweight Pistols: 3 sets of 3/3

Bodyweight Pullups: 3 sets of 3/3
