I increased the volume a bit today and it was tough!
Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 6 minutes @ 7 rpm
Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 3 minutes @ 7,7,6
Snatch: 20kg - 8 minutes @ 12 rpm
That was it and that was enough!
