Tri-sets today. Rotators are a bit sore on me so I'm substituting some of my normal exercises for some band work. I'm using the gray therabands these days.
1st circuit -

2nd circuit -

DB Extensions: 15/12, 12, 12, 12

Band Rear Extensions: 10, 10, 10
