Back at the gym during lunch. These trips are getting more and more sporadic...

Front Squats - 95/5, 135/5, 155/5

Deadlifts - 135/8, 185/6, 225/5, 5, 5

Pullups (25lbs) - 4, 3, 3

Finished off with some rotator cuff exercises.
