rock on man! That is the best time to start them. I think kids learn from watching their parents do things. Rather than telling your kids to exercise, if the parents exercise the kids will have a better chance to repeat the same.
I guess that means that "Values are caught, not taught." They will literally catch your values because of what you do!!!
