Today I wanted to start focusing on working with the 24kg bell. And after reading about Rif and his 200 swings in 10 minutes, I thought I'd right away. I didn't time myself today and I didn't try to get anywhere near the 200, but I thought this would be a good start. So 100 one-arm swings today. I felt pretty good performing these although I can definitely feel my left side being weaker than my right, but I'm sure that will self-correct the more I practice. I don't notice it when using the 16kg, so it appears to be just a matter of strength and conditioning.
115 swings in total (incl. 2-hand warmup) for 6,072 lbs.
