Made it to the gym today on my lunch hour. Weighed in at 164 lbs today.

OAP - 5/5, 5/5, 5/5 (I'm still assisting with my opposite hand on these - keeping it raises and off to the side)
Dips - 5, 5, 5
Pistols (10lbs) 1/1, 1/1, 1/1
