Saturday, the new Friday

No workout this morning. I am in preservation mode at the moment. I am trying to maximize my ability to sleep these days as work has been kicking my butt this week and I'm not getting as much sleep or rest as I need. Therefore, my usual Friday session will be moved into tomorrow this week.

So on a good note, at least you have another post this week to look forward to!! =)

Howie, use a "List" for your PRs so they don't run together like that. Glad you're posting them, though. Put the snatches up there, too, when you feel like it.

I meant put your single-set SWINGS up there, too, IF you feel like it. I can relate to 20/20 and 25/25. Those are some painful sets, assuming you're blasting the weight.

Updated my list. And yes, things should slow down after next week. Once the Board of Directors meeting is over. Then I get a 3-month reprieve.
