Here's today's session...
Jerk: 2 x 16kg - 8 minutes @ 7 rpm
Snatch: 16kg - 6 minutes @ 14 rpm
Treadmill: 20 minute walk/run
Today's jerk set was only 2 reps away from the number needed to achieve Rank III. What an awesome feeling!! I took a 5 minute rest in between lifts, then went at it. I wanted to go eight minutes with the snatch but the humidity was killing my hands so I cut it short. Yessa!!
