Not too bad a session today. The garage was pretty humid and although I chalked my bell up good, I lost a wee bit of skin on my left palm. Oh well, it shouldn't hamper training tomorrow after a bit of O'Keefe's.

Jerk: 2 x 16kg - 7 minutes @ 7 rpm

Snatch: 16kg - 6 minutes @ 16 rpm

Treadmill: 10 minute walk/run

I could have pushed through another minute of jerks without too much pain, but 7 minutes was my goal for today, so I took it.
