Shortened my jerk set today as I was a bit stiff from yesterday's session. But still keeping things moving.
Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 5 minutes, 54 reps
Snatch: 20kg - 6 minutes @ 12 rpm
Treadmill: 10 minutes, 0.8 miles
Things are progressing well!
