Strained muscle in the lower/mid back underneath the rib cage.
Woohoo!! That's good news!
Prescribed 4 weeks of physical therapy, twice per week. Hopefully that will take care of things. I already have my initial visit lined up for early Wed evening. So for the immediate time, no bells just Z-Health.
Gotta go, wild child on my lap.....

Giles, it started out as an ache about a month ago when I was on vacation with my family. Thinking I could work/stretch it out myself, it has steadily gotten worse. I think I might have been carrying my 2-year old and probably bent or twisted the wrong way, straining the muscle. Continued workouts with the bells followed by the intense 2-day IKFF certification weekend intensified the tightness and spasms. Time for some massage, deep heat and electrical stim!

Yeah Aaron, it blows. But hopefully they can put me back together better, stronger, faster.
