Not too much going on the last few days. My back held up relatively well from the heavier snatches, but definitely needed some recovery time before asking it to give it another go with the bells. So here's how I filled the time...
Yesterday was Intu-Flow Intermediate program only.
Today was a pass through FlowFit, a selection of mini clubbell movements and finished off with a selection of Compensatory movements.
I sense tennis balls will also come into play before today is through...

Howie,
Do you use the tennis balls for your back? I've heard those work pretty good. How about massage? Have you ever gotten a deep tissue massage? For gireviks, I've read that they're almost essential.

Hiya Jim,
Yes, I lean up against the wall and use the tennis balls to press into those muscles that are sensitive to pressure. Frankly, I am amazed at how well it helps. If I had known sooner, I would have been doing this months sooner.
I keep telling myself that I need a good massage. I just never seem to get the time.
I bought the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook and a Thera Cane. So for now, along with the tennis balls, I'll be handling my own massage.
