TGIF Kettlebell Work

TGIF!!

It's been a long, hard, strenuous, yet productive week! I am going to try to relax and enjoy the weekend in front of us.

Today's session went well. I'm still chugging along at a constant pace. I might try to push things a bit on Monday, after some well deserved rest. Here's today's session...

Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 4 minutes @ 6 rpm

Snatch: 20kg - 4 minutes @ 14 rpm

One Arm Jerk: 28kg - 8L/8R

Swing: 28kg - 10L/10R

Cooled down with yoga.
