16kg Kettlebell - Increasing Intensity

Today's goal was to continue pushing up with the 16kg. And that's what I did. In small, ever so uncomfortable steps. =)

Warmed up with spinal rocks and thoracic mobility work.

Jerk: 2 x 16kg - 5 minutes @ 6 rpm

Snatch: 16kg - 6 minutes @ 14 rpm

Swing: 24kg - 10/10

I increased my Jerk set by one minute today, keeping the pace constant. The rack is starting to improve (slowly). I kept the duration of my Snatch set the same, but increased the pace by 2 rpm from last session.

Good session! Tomorrow we go heavy.

Just learned a friend is hosting a competition close to me in June.
