Training Smart

Woke up a few minutes late today, so I didn't have as much time to saunter through my workout like I usually do ( <-- that's a joke).

I kept it short and sweet today. Notching up a bit from yesterday without killing myself.

Warmed up with Spinal Rocks.

OAJ: 20kg - 5L/5R

Jerk: 2 x 20kg - 3 minutes @ 6 rpm

Snatch: 20kg - 2 minutes @ 16 rpm

That's it and that's all for today! Tomorrow I rest.
