Took it easy today, giving my body a chance to get acclimated once again with training.
Performed Intu-Flow Beginner Program along with the full Compensatory Movements from Sonnon's Kettlebell Foundation DVD set.
Lower back is a bit sore today, but that's nothing new. Funny thing, even with about 2+ weeks off from training my back was sore the whole time. Which leads me to believe the bells ain't necessarily the culprit in all this. At the same time, I don't think I'll ever really know. I don't mind a little soreness as long as it doesn't keep me from doing what I want to do.

We all need some good rest now and then and that's what I have been doing this week-end. Plan on starting with the kettlebells again on Tuesday and trying some new things. Before you workout with the KB's do you do anything specific for warm ups?
Have a good day there...
Hey Rob, if I perform a specific warmup, I'll include it in my post. Lately, I've been bad and have been jumping right into things. Working with the 16's I guess isn't too demanding until I get toward the end of the longer sets and by then I'm already pretty warm. But I would recommend for someone just starting out to perform some basic joint mobility (JM) followed by a set or two of light swings. I've played with both Intu-Flow and Z-Health for JM and prefer Intu-Flow for myself. To me, Z-health seemed more mechanical and Intu-Flow a better fit given my background and current physical condition.
