Done with the 12kgs

This morning I hit my target for Jerks with the 12kg bells.


Jerk: 2 x 12kg - 10 minutes @ 6 rpm (last minute @ 8 rpm for a total of 62 reps)

Swing: 16kg - 15L/15R


Tomorrow, I begin working with the 16kg bells once again.
