Jerk: 2 x 16kg - 8 minutes @ 6 rpm
Snatch: 16kg - 6 minutes - 16/14/14/16/14/14
These jerks were a PR. Getting this under my belt feels amazing even though I know it's only the beginning. Gotta keep up the pressure!!
