After this morning's workout, I've decided that I am going to switch up my routine a bit. I like the Brett Jones routine and will continue working it, but on a different schedule.
I'm thinking of trying a 2-day on, 1-day off routine. Every two day block will consist of a Brett Jones day and then a Snatch day. I need to start re-focusing on my Snatch numbers and I'm getting a bit nervous as the RKC Cert seems like its not too far off now. This schedule should give me enough time to work on my Snatches while giving my shoulders, forearms and hands enough in-between time to handle it.
We'll see. But for now, that's the plan. Which means this weekend, we Snatch!
